Martina uses freeze-dried strawberry powder but you can use any freeze-dried berry powder you like. Other flavours, such as raspberry or cherry will also work great. As you will find out, a small amount of berry powder is enough to give the chocolates a beautiful colour and flavour.

Our Own Ketogenic Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
A raw vegan delectable and nutritious keto cheescake that you’ll want to make again and again!
Makes 8 Servings
Ingredients:
For the ‘cheese’ cake:
100g of 100% dark Chocolate, such as montezuma absolute black
5 ripe avocados
6-8 drops liquid stevia to taste vanilla essence
cinnamon for sprinkling
For the base:
50g crushed almonds, hazelnuts or macadamias 2 tbsps cacao nibs
2 tbsps almond butter
50g coconut flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of salt
1 tsp chia seeds
5 tbsps melted coconut oil
Instructions:
1. Mix all of the base ingredients together by hand or in a food processor until fully combined.
2. Line a cake tin with baking paper and
spoon in the base mixture. Press the base mixture down until evenly spread out in the tin. Leave in the fridge to set for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Set a pan on low heat and melt the chocolate.
4. Scoop out the avocado flesh.
5. In a blender or food processor, pour in all of the ‘cheese’ cake ingredients and
thoroughly combine until smooth.
6. Remove the cake base tin from the
fridge and pour in the wet mixture.
7. Return the cake to the fridge to set for
1 to 2 hours.
8. Remove the cake from the fridge, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
