These are the Top 5 Ketogenic Superfoods essential for a well-formulated ketogenic diet.
Avocados
The King of the Keto Superfoods!
Full of healthy fats, vitamins and fibre. Avocados are high in potassium, which makes them great for replenishing your electrolytes!
Eggs
Did you know that you can’t absorb all the goodness from the whites of the eggs without eating the yolk? Eggs are high in protein and rich in selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. They also taste great with avocado!
Leafy Greens
A common mistake made by people first trying the ketogenic diet is that they don’t eat enough fibre. Be sure to consume plenty of leafy greens such as: Spinach, Kale, Broccoli, Chard, Bok Choi, Cabbage, Celery, Watercress, Lettuce, Courgettes and Spring Onion.
MCT Oil
The Queen of the Healthy Fats!
MCT stands for ‘Medium Chain Triglycerides’ which are chains of healthy fatty acids. MCTs are perfect for ketosis because the body quickly converts them into ketones. The amazing characteristic of concentrated MCT Oils, such as Capric and Caprylic acid (C8 Oil), is that they are not stored as body fat, your body uses them for fuel!
Butter
Great for cooking as it doesn’t go toxic at high temperatures. Wonderful for making delicious Bulletproof or Fat Coffee a la Dave Asprey!

I have been trying out different diets and lifestyle changes over the past few years. Most of the time I was left feeling hungry during the day or even shortly after a meal. Especially the low fat diets were a drag and I never stuck with them for long. I have been on the Keto diet and using Prüvit since about March 2017 and I noticed several benefits after only 1week. Apart from loosing weight despite never being hungry or having to starve yourself I also am feeling more alert at work, I sleep better and am feeling overall better and happier. Keto is not a diet its a lifestyle choice. I think everybody should give it a try to experience the benefits for themselves.
